Gaganis Charcoal
Our mallee root charcoal is authentic coal made from 100% Australian mallee. The mallee root releases genuine wood smoke flavours and assists with preserving the original flavours and texture of the food. The mallee root heat and smoke provides a natural cooking environment allowing the food to realise its true potential without spoiling its taste through artificial heat or flavours.
Our Gaganis Charcoal is packed in 20kg sacks that are convenient for the home and the commercial kitchen/caterer. We have pioneered the presentation and quality of charcoal in the market. We were the first to accurately label the product with its name and weight, ensuring that all consumers are educated about the product. Our quality testing of the product has extended to the packaging and we are now pleased to be able to offer the product in a water resistant durable sack. Gaganis Souvla
Our Gaganis Souvla has been developed to meet the changing expectations of BBQ cooking whilst preserving the authentic Mediterranean flavour of cooking a spit roast. Gaganis Souvla has been specifically designed to allow you to cook with charcoals. There is a dual drive system that enables horizontal cooking of whole chickens, chunks of meat or kokoretsi (Greek delicacy using livers, kidneys etc). The vertical mount allows cooking of shaslicks and is located directly underneath the horizontal rods allowing simultaneous cooking.
Gaganis Souvla is a four leg stand charcoal BBQ equipped with a rectangular cooking tray (for the charcoal), two gear box drive systems, vertical and horizontal cooking rods and two motors (one battery operated and one electrical). Add Gaganis Nostimini to your meat, seafood or poultry and realise an amazing blend of Mediterranean flavours.
